Residential Pressure Washing — Driveway, Siding & Deck

Thank you for the opportunity to quote your exterior cleaning project. This proposal covers a complete pressure wash of your driveway, garage apron, vinyl siding, and rear deck. Scope of work: - Driveway and garage apron (approx. 800 sq ft): surface degreaser pre-treatment, hot-water pressure wash at 3,000 PSI, hand-edge rinse - Vinyl siding (all four elevations): low-pressure soft wash with biodegradable house wash solution, rinse from top down - Wood deck (approx. 400 sq ft): deck cleaner pre-treatment, medium-pressure wash, brightener application All runoff is directed away from landscaping. We use only EPA-approved, plant-safe cleaning agents. Estimated completion: 1 day. Work performed by a 2-person crew.

Payment due upon completion. We accept cash, check, or card. Client is responsible for moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and potted plants from work areas before our arrival. We will not pressure wash near open windows or doors. If weather causes a cancellation, we will reschedule within 5 business days at no additional charge. We carry $1M general liability insurance — certificate available upon request.
