Residential Lawn Care — Seasonal Maintenance

This proposal covers full-season residential lawn care for approximately 9,000 sq ft of turf. Services run April through November. Weekly maintenance (30 visits): - Mow to proper height for your grass type (3.5" for fescue) - Edge along driveway, walkways, and beds - Blow clippings from all hard surfaces Fertilization & weed control (5-step program): - Step 1 (March): Pre-emergent crabgrass control + slow-release fertilizer - Step 2 (May): Broadleaf weed control + fertilizer - Step 3 (July): Summer fertilizer + spot weed treatment - Step 4 (September): Fall fertilizer - Step 5 (November): Winterizer Aeration & overseeding (September): - Core aeration of full lawn - Overseeding with tall fescue blend - Starter fertilizer after seeding

Mowing billed weekly after each visit. Fertilization, aeration, and overseeding billed on service date. We will not mow in unsafe weather (lightning, standing water) and will reschedule within 3 business days at no charge. If turf is too wet to mow safely, we will skip that visit and resume the following week. All applications performed by licensed pesticide applicators. Safety data sheets available on request. We carry $1M general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
