Recurring House Cleaning — Weekly Service

This proposal covers weekly recurring cleaning for your 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home (approximately 2,200 sq ft). Every visit includes: - All bedrooms: dust surfaces, vacuum carpets and rugs, empty wastebaskets, wipe baseboards - Bathrooms: scrub toilets, sinks, and tubs/showers; clean mirrors; mop floors - Kitchen: wipe down counters, stovetop, and exterior of appliances; clean sink; sweep and mop floor - Common areas: dust furniture and ceiling fans, vacuum living areas, mop hard floors - Entry and stairs: vacuum and mop as applicable Rotating deep-clean tasks (every 4th visit): - Oven interior and range hood - Refrigerator interior - Interior window sills and tracks All cleaning products supplied by us. We use fragrance-free, non-toxic cleaners — let us know of any specific product sensitivities.

Service billed monthly in advance. First clean is a one-time deep clean billed separately at $295 (not included in this quote). We bring all supplies and equipment. Please secure pets before our arrival. 24-hour cancellation notice required to reschedule without charge. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee. All cleaners are background-checked, bonded, and insured. Initial 3-month minimum commitment. After that, cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice.
