Office Cleaning — Nightly Janitorial Service

This proposal covers nightly janitorial service (Monday–Friday) for a 4,800 sq ft professional office suite. Nightly service includes: - Empty all wastebaskets and replace liners - Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs - Mop hard floor entries, kitchen, and restrooms - Clean and sanitize both restrooms (toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, restock soap, paper) - Wipe down kitchen counters, appliances (exterior), and sink - Wipe conference room tables and chairs - Spot-clean glass doors and partitions - Straighten common areas and reception Weekly additions (Fridays): - Dust all desks, shelves, and window sills - Wipe down all kitchen appliance interiors (microwave) - Clean inside windows and blinds All cleaning products, equipment, and supplies furnished by us. We use EPA-registered disinfectants.

Service billed on the 1st of each month. Net 15 payment terms. We provide a dedicated, consistent crew for your location — you will know your cleaners. All staff are background-checked, bonded, and covered under our commercial general liability ($2M) and workers' comp policies. Holiday schedule: we observe major federal holidays and will adjust your schedule accordingly at no charge. A supervisor conducts a quality-check walk-through monthly. Initial 6-month term. After that, 30-day written notice to cancel. All keys and access codes are logged and returned upon contract end.
